Awesome staff who are incredibly helpful and responsive. It’s so nice to know there are still smaller community-oriented pharmacies in business. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and staff members!

I haven't seen this type of service since I was a child. I will never go back to chain stores. No lines, easy parking, wonderful staff and pharmacists, they answer the phone and help right away. No pharmacist should be reduced to a pill counter, these are highly trained professionals. I have much respect. Thank You Danville Pharmacy.

They were very fast and diligent and handled all of my needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Ali answered all of my questions and I’m happy I transferred all my prescriptions to Danville Pharmacy!

What a genuine fantastic pharmacy! It's not only a pharmacy but there's a bevy of things to purchase! A person could spend awhile just browsing! I appreciate their kindness and efficiency! Glad to be a new customer!!! Honestly so much more personable than the major chains!

We have used this pharmacy for several years, and the value of a neighborhood pharmacist cannot be overstated. They know how to handle the system. They get your prescriptions refilled quickly (and notify you of possible discount opportunities), they let you know when they are ready, they manage complex transactions and prescription transfers with ease, and they ALWAYS answer the phone personally, you won't get a recording. They are genuinely nice people interested in helping you. Once you have experienced this level of service, there is no going back! We will continue to use them for all our prescription needs, A++ service!

After dealing with big (cvs/rite aid) pharmacies and their inefficient, mistake ridden ways for over a decade, along with the poor customer service, 30 min wait times and ambivalence towards patients at these other pharmacies, I was urged by my new Dr to move my prescriptions to Danville Pharmacy. Best decision ever. The anxiety I experienced every month when dealing with past big pharmacies (due to mistakes or subpar, unfriendly customer service) disappeared. I cannot stress enough how (after being with DP for over 2 years) pleased I am with the efficient, friendly service I have experienced from Ali and his family who run the best pharmacy in the bay area. I write this after I cycled through no less than 8-10 other pharmacies over the years. Not one error has been made in 2 years along with the the friendly, caring service of the entire family who owns the pharmacy has been amazing and eliminated the anxiety when I was using any other pharmacy over the past 10+ years. Transfer all of your prescriptions to Danville, and you will not be disappointed. Best ever with fantastic family and service. The elimination of my stress every month (for years) when trying to fill my prescriptions is gone, and I could not be more pleased with making the switch to Danville Pharmacy.
